2) Data we process
- Account data (user id, email).
- Cart data (items added to cart).
- Purchase events (purchase status events).
- Transaction identifiers (transaction ids / basket identifiers).
- Usage analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), where enabled, for logged-in storefront sessions.
3) Purposes and legal bases
- Provide storefront services, user accounts, cart and purchase history (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Security and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics and service improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This storefront currently uses only necessary authentication and functional storage in client code. No non-essential consent banner is shown in this implementation.

- Cloudflare (analytics, CDN, security).
- Tebex (checkout and payment processing).
- Our hosting providers.
5) Retention
- Cart events and analytics logs are kept for a limited period.
- Account data is retained while the account exists.
- Purchase events are retained to provide account purchase history.
6) Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority in the EU.
7) International transfers
Some processors may process data outside the EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Tebex Limited is Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payments, VAT/taxes, refunds, subscriptions, and billing support.
